  1. I. Call to order:

Meeting called to order at 7:38 PM. Motion to begin by Eric Ostergard, Second by Dahn Ballard.

In attendance: Lisa Thomas, Christi Goodman, Susan Ladd, Erica Fox, Bipasha Shom, Brian Singer, Dana Tobin, Lisetter Enriquez, Jennifer Swierad, Matthew Godfery, Erik Ostergard, Monica Tait, Bonnie & James George, Margaret Goldenberg, Dahn Ballard, Laura Mulrenan, Colleen Benard, Jen Ciavarra, Gillian Hobson, Suzanne Ostergard, Gisella Valencia

 

  1. Secretary’s Report: Short review by Susan. Minutes approved. Motion by Lisa, second by Christi.

 

III. Treasurer’s Report: Christi explained her new original system of understanding how our budget works; the income and expenses bracketing/supporting the classroom expenses/enrichment and the day/overnight field trips. h. Missing $3000 refund check has been confirmed, not received.

 

  1. Old Business:

Thanks to the Ciavarra family for their generosity in hosting a gracious and delicious 1st meeting.

Surplus t-shirts are being held by Ms. Dagilis.

No Kale Bake Sale every Thursday 3PM continues to be successful.

Annual Giving Campaign: We are ahead of projections for the number of families that participated at this time last year. We still need to make a push for a goal of $15K.

Info meeting on 8th NYC Trip 9/13.

Chromebook Cart Purchase voted on and approved from prior year’s suprplus. Motion by Dahn Ballard. second by Brian Singer.

 

  1. New Business:

8th/NY Trip (Ms Bobrosky-Kinsey lead teacher) announced.

Poker Night (Erik Ostergard) presented.

Jen Swiersad volunteered to chair.

 

  1. Needs:

Teacher needs discussed and volunteers stepped up to fill lisaon positions.

 

9pm meeting adjoured. Bonnie George called to close and Lisa T. seconded.
