  1. I. Call to order:

Meeting called to order at 8:05 AM. Motion to begin by Lisa Thomas, second by Kathy Reisinger.


  1. Secretary’s Report: Short review by Susan. Minutes approved. Motion by Leah Altschuler, second by Kathy R.


III. Treasurer’s Report: Christi presented.


  1. Old Business:

Pali Camp underway. Might end up with savings.

Fall Mixer underway – Gillian Hobson. Bipasha will co-host.

No Kale Bake Sale every Thursday 3PM – use sign up genius of drop off at Margaret’s porch:

11547 Morrison St.

Annual Giving Campaign: Kathy presented. We still need to make a push for a goal of $15K.

Teachers pooled classroom funds for supplies & Brain Pop Scholastic, a year subscription.

Lisa & Christi explain Chromebook purchase. Looking at bids.


  1. New Business:

Poker Night postponed until 2018, targeting 1/20/18.

Leah & Jon Altschuler donated a flat screen TV. Still discussing venues.

Ms. Gamba nixed the outside shed for Ms. Holbrook. An alternative is needed.

Ms. Gamba pitched Career Fair, Nov. 12.

Rachel made the 1st payment for Astro Camp. Male chaperones needed.

Ms. Mukasa is now the administrator over field trips, however Ms. Gamba is open to discussing an alternate 8th grade field trip.

Ms. Gamba is the admin liason between FOR/HA & Walter Reed.

Short $1000 for Body Works at The Science Center so will need to charge $10 from parents.

I-Fly ask of $35/family.
